Students from the University of Guadalajara (UdeG) set up an encampment at the Belenes University Center for Social Sciences and Humanities (CUCSH), in solidarity with the Palestinian people and to demand decent conditions at the university.

The camp was set up at the end of a university and popular assembly that began at 11:00 am. In the assembly, the students discussed different problems both internationally and locally, and agreed to start the installation of the camp to make the following demands:

- To clarify the relations and agreements that exist with the State of Israel, and in case they exist, to end such relations.
- Break all types of relations with the genocidal State of Israel at the local, state and federal levels.
- Dignified mental health care by the University of Guadalajara.
- A dignified menstruation program that is universal and accessible to all menstruating women and individuals.
