@ayo @rmondello no its just these popups on a bunch of sites that offer you a "tip" that the site offers one click google signin

@narF @liaizon @ayo @rmondello These popups only appear if you have an active Google account session. And they do not require you to have an account to track you, but that's a different story.

@hypolite for example. Every site that has this is cursed. I’ve tried with piHole as well without any luck.

@mfisch Oof, sorry about that, it does look like the relevant pop-up. Time to create a Google account to not use it? 😅

@hypolite I have one. But signing into Google every time I launch a browser is a hard no from me. Wiping cookies on close is a hill I’ll die on.

@mfisch I hear you, I do the same, and I usually don't bother to sign in again when I don't have an immediate need for an account, which shouldn't be too much to ask for.
