We had 24 inscriptions for the communication position and 21 for the tech position. We will start the interviews in the coming days.

@josemurilo oh thats wonderful to hear! Was curious if you had actually found anyone cause I haven't seen that many Brazilian fediverse projects yet so didnt know if there would be enough people with the know how to reach out to you.

We were surprised with the numbers. We will see if the candidates are really prepared for the task. But the idea was to make a big shout into the void (the Brazilizan fediverse), and see what would come. They came..

@josemurilo I was excited to see the folks working on https://kookie.app (a Brazilian fork of Misskey) but they disabled federation and seem like they don't really understand open source. Excited to see where your project goes regardless. I will happily share any updates when I see them from you or your project
